The Cindy Yu Who crown is a festive colorful crown made to wear at those fun goofy events where creativity is praised.  The center beaded piece features an image from Lucretia's painting titled "Love Squid".  This crown is made out of feathers, fabrics, trims, glass beads, seed beads, and ribbon.  It is 10" at it's highest point.  Minimum hat size is 19 1/2".
